Thank you for your interest in Pacifica Graduate Institute. There are two options for you to apply. You can either 1) fill out our secure online form for immediate submission of your application or you can 2) download & print the application packet and mail it once completed.

Note: Before you start filling out an application form you will be prompted to log on or create an account on the My.Pacifica web site. If you create an account you will have to establish a user name and password and provide your email address.
