Joseph Coppin, Ph. D.

Dr. Joseph Coppin has been on the faculty at Pacifica since 1996 and has taught across several programs focusing on studies in Archetypal Psychology, Research, and Depth Psychotherapy. He chaired the Depth Psychology Program for four years and the Depth Psychotherapy Program for its first three years. He has most recently served for three years on the institute's Executive Management Council. Dr. Coppin has been a practicing psychotherapist since 1980 and has written and published in the field of Depth Psychology, including co-authoring the text, The Art of Inquiry: A Depth Psychological Approach.
