Edward is an adjunct faculty at Pacifica Graduate Institute. He previously served as the director of the doctoral program in integrative therapy and as Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO). His career includes a range of business, organizational, clinical, and academic experience. He held leadership positions as a senior management executive, clinical program director, and congressional staff member. Edward led a team of twelve therapists serving incarcerated youth at two maximum-security California prisons. He also managed several therapeutic programs for LGBTQ youth at an agency in Toronto, Canada, where he also maintained a private practice. He was Executive Director of the Ontario Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, a large division of the AAMFT, and worked with ministry officials on the development of new licensure and professional regulations. His research interests include Jungian and depth psychological approaches to sexuality and gender, integrative approaches to psychotherapy, socio-political activism and human rights, and organizational and leadership studies. He currently lives in San Francisco and just released the book, Jung and Sex: Re-visioning the Treatment of Sexual Issues.
