C.D. is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is Adjunct Faculty at Pacifica, teaching Process of Psychotherapy, Clinical Practice, and Group Process evening training. Born in England, C.D. originally came to Southern California to teach Fine Art at USC. He then became a Director/Producer in the entertainment industry before entering the field of psychology. Currently, he works at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital’s Residential Center (a 28-day residential program for the treatment of dual-diagnosis patients) where he is Lead Case Manager and Primary Therapist. C.D. has a private practice which embraces an imaginal and archetypal depth perspective. His love of art, music, poetry, and all things creative, informs his understanding of psyche. C.D. has four adult children, and three granddaughters. C.D. is a Clinical Member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
