Joanna Walling

Joanna Walling, MA, SEP, LMFT is a psychotherapist in private practice, Somatic Experiencing practitioner, and Pacifica alumni. She serves as a Research Associate and adjunct faculty in Pacifica’s MA Counseling Psychology department. Practicing since 2012, Joanna received her early training in community mental health as a bilingual therapist. Her current research explores theoretical integration, examining the intersection of Jungian-oriented psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic psychotherapy. She is working on a forthcoming book with Routledge on the topic of integrating CBT, somatic therapy, and the unconscious.
