Michele serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Counseling Psychology Program. She teaches Alcohol and Drug Abuse, as well as the Seminar in Directed Research courses. Michele received her degree from Pacifica in 2006 after a thoroughly different career in finance. She went on to work extensively with clients with substance abuse and/or considerable mental health problems. In her agency work, Michele has managed a dual diagnosis program and supervised MFT and LPCC interns. Michele also has a small local private practice. While Michele uses many modalities in her work, including depth psychology, she loves to work with Art Therapy, which she regards as a direct gateway to the soul and a remarkable tool for healing. She is a Clinical Member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
