Nicole has been in private practice as a psychotherapist since 2007 with an emphasis in the areas of eating disorders and body image issues. She also has extensive experience in the treatment of addictions to alcohol and other drugs. Nicole is a graduate of UCLA and obtained her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Santa Barbara. She has received training from Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, the Family Service Agency, and UCSB where she acted as a lead counselor in the Drug and Alcohol Program. Nicole has been a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Santa Barbara City College where she developed the curriculum for The Recognition and Treatment of Eating Disorders. She serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Counseling Psychology Program at Pacifica Graduate Institute where she currently teaches the Process of Psychotherapy.
