Shannon is a LMFT, RN, and alumna of Pacifica working in private practice in Los Angeles, California. After many years working as a critical care RN, she saw how the mind-body connection contributes to the disease process and decided to pursue a career in psychotherapy. She utilizes a holistic approach incorporating body based practices, spirituality, meditation, psychoanalysis and attachment theory. She specializes in complex trauma, anxiety and depression and is trained in EMDR.
