Stephen P Fitzgerald

Stephen serves as Director of Faculty Development at Trident University International. Dr. Fitzgerald has published books on decision- making and organizational models (Capstone Publishing, UK), numerous book chapters, journal articles, and conference proceedings, and co-edited a special issue of the AI Practitioner. His research interests include the construction and impact of social norms, positive organizational behavior and change, the role of the “shadow” in positive organizational behavior and appreciative inquiry (AI), complex collaboration, the impact of hospital culture on patient safety, the impact of individual differences on receptivity toward and experience of AI, and LGBT issues in the workplace.
