2023 Strategic Planning Workshop

Exciting Progress at Pacifica Graduate Institute!

We are delighted to share the progress on the development of our Five-Year Strategic Plan, a process that began last summer and has involved collaborative efforts with our esteemed faculty, dedicated staff, forward-thinking leadership, and supportive board. After several months of analysis, interviews, and focus groups, Pacifica’s academic and administrative leaders came together on October 24 in soulful and substantive dialog to review the plan and beginning mapping our priority strategies for the year ahead. The plan was then taken to the Board of Trustees for their approval earlier this month. As Pacifica’s new Strategic Plan that will articulate our collective direction moving forward and the actions to get us there will be communicated and launched in the weeks ahead.

From the perspective of depth psychology, this strategic planning accomplishment underscores our collective dedication to achieving excellence in education, fostering innovation, and embracing inclusivity. This milestone stands as a testament to the hard work, commitment, and unwavering passion of all involved.

As we embark on this journey of expansion and growth, heartfelt gratitude goes to our campus community whose expertise, creativity, and vision have propelled the development of this strategic plan, guiding us towards an even more promising future.

Our Institute is not just a center for creative learning; it is a community of visionaries, healers, change-makers, and dreamers. Aligned with our commitment to providing exceptional education and making a positive global impact, this strategic plan signifies a crucial step forward.

Let’s celebrate this moment and eagerly anticipate the incredible possibilities ahead. Together, we will continue nurturing healers, advocates, and leaders dedicated to tending the soul within and beyond our world.

Special appreciation to our Chief of Staff, Nicholas Sabatino, for his dedicated leadership in developing, implementing, and operationalizing our strategic plan. The best is yet to come!
