Students on track to complete all degree requirements and participate in the 2026 Commencement will be notified by the Registrar’s Office in February. For questions please email Registrar@pacifica.edu.
With commencement taking place on Memorial Day Weekend, we highly recommend those wishing to stay in a hotel to book early. Hotel prices increase and availability becomes scarcer as we approach the date.
Pacifica will offer lodging at the Ladera Campus on a first come, first served basis. Details will be posted here in the coming week/s, please check back regularly. No children under 18 years old will be permitted to stay on campus.
Each eligible graduate will be permitted to invite four guests to the ceremony. Guest count can not be transferred to other graduates. If you wish to bring more than 4 guests, you will indicate that on the form provided to you by the Registrar’s Office in February. Once all RSVPs are accounted for, based on maximum capacity of the venue, additional guest counts will be approved based on availability in order of additional guests requested and order of returned form.

Dear Graduates, Friends, Family and Loved Ones,
We are pleased to offer on campus lodging options for the 2026 Commencement. Please review the important information below before reserving your room.
- Friday, May 22nd, 2026 is a set night, in addition, you may add the night before and/or the night after, selectable on the form.
- No children under the age of 18 years old are permitted to stay on campus overnight & No alcohol is permitted on campus.
- Three room types are available. All rooms are dorm style with shared restroom facilities.
- Semiprivate Suite Room – Ocean view, semiprivate restroom shared with just one other room. Up to two persons per room allowed.
- Couple Room – Full size bed, up to two persons per room, first floor with communal restroom facilities.
- Single Room – Second floor room with Twin XL size bed. Room suitable for one-person, communal restroom facilities, stair access only.
- Lunch on Friday, May 22nd is included, with coffee/tea provided each morning.
- No other meals available on campus – (robust continental breakfast provided for graduates at the Hilton).
- Cancellation/Refund policy – Full refunds will be provided up to 10 days prior to the event. Cancellations made after this time will receive a 50% refund. There is no refund for cancellations made on the day of your scheduled arrival.
- Check-in begins from 3 PM onward. Check-out is by 11 AM.
