Dr. Yakushko's training and interests span depth psychology, women and gender studies, and psychology. Her clinical and research interests focus on immigration, human trafficking, diversity, and gender issues. In addition, she has written on indigenous healing practices, women's spirituality, multicultural counseling approaches, and qualitative cross-cultural research methods.


Jonathan played an important role in Pacifica's formative years, including serving as founding curator of the Joseph Campbell archive and James Hillman and Marija Gimbutas collections. He also created and chaired the Mythological Studies program. More recently, he's been lecturing in academic settings such as Oxford, Notre Dame, and the UCLA School of Medicine.


Willow serves as a Core Professor in the Counseling Psychology Program. Willow served as Director of Clinical Training from 2005-2011 and has taught Analytical Psychology, Clinical Practice, Cross Cultural Mores and Values, and Crisis Intervention. She has taught at the graduate level for 19 years and received the Distinguished Service Award in 2008 and the Star Service Award in 2014.
