Dr. Katsky has been employed as core faculty at Pacifica for over 20 years and, during that time, has also served in a variety of administrative roles such as Advisor to the President, Provost, and Program Chair. In her new position, Dr. Katsky will bring her experience and insight into Pacifica and as a Jungian Analyst to serve as Special Advisor to President Leonie Mattison, Ph.D., and, as requested, to the Provost. She will work with the Chief People Officer and the President in the development and implementation of a “new” Leadership Development Certificate Program to cultivate the next generation of leadership at Pacifica. In addition, Dr. Katsky will continue her almost half-time teaching status in the Integrative Therapy and Healing Practices Ph.D. program (DPT).
