Cost Breakdown with Financial Aid 2023-2024

Please refer to the following worksheet for examples of quarterly costs minus financial aid. The net loan figures presented below are based on borrowing the maximum Direct Stafford Loan of $20,500 for the academic year, minus the 1.057% origination fee. The 1.057% origination fee is for Stafford Loans with a first disbursement on or after 10/1/2022 and before 10/1/2023.  The Department of Education will be posting new rates for the following academic year approximately Mid-May 2022. For financial aid recipients, quarterly payment for the balance is due in the Student Accounts Office 14-days prior to the start of each quarter. Visit the Student Accounts webpage to view the payment schedule for your specific Track. The Student Accounts Office will post monthly billing statements online at My.Pacifica Self-Service indicating your account balance. When you have completed all the required paperwork for financial aid, anticipated financial aid will be reflected on the billing statements until the actual funds are received from the U.S. Department of Education each quarter.

Payment plans are available and all requests should be submitted to the Student Accounts Office prior to the first day of class.
